The agency workspace stores client and travel records in a hosted database. It uses agency-scoped access, roles and session controls, with selective information in client-facing proposals.

Business is a product preview. Hosting arrangements, responsibilities, retention and applicable terms must be explained for a specific deployment before customer onboarding.

Your financial records.
Personal keeps records on your device. Business uses your organisation’s chosen host. Under the default configuration, SOVO does not receive those financial records or product telemetry.
Personal
A local workspace for records, budgets and goals. Protect your device, exports and backups. No SOVO cloud account is created by the Personal product.
Business
Financial books and uploaded originals stay on the customer-controlled host. Organisation access, backups and optional connections depend on the chosen deployment.
Demo
The browser demo uses fictional presets in memory and clears on reset or reload. The separate Windows Demo keeps local practice entries and has its own policy.
SOVO HARNESS
Local inspection.
Considered sharing.
Offline inspection makes no model request. Website checks contact the site you select. Optional model and company connections can transmit approved evidence.
Review locally
Selected files, reports and notes are handled locally. Not all local records are encrypted, so device access and file protection remain important.
Choose a connection
Optional remote evidence sharing requires approval for the endpoint and excerpts. Review the selected service provider’s handling before enabling it.
Keep people in control
Inspection findings support review and judgement. Harness is in development and does not guarantee attack prevention or certify compliance.

This website adds no advertising or analytics trackers, uploads or payment collection. Contact links open your email application, so you choose what to send.
Limited browser storage.
Essential storage remembers your cookie choice. If you allow preferences, the site also remembers whether you paused motion. Finance demo activity is never saved in that storage.
Service providers.
Hosting and email providers may process technical logs and message information. These are explained in the website privacy policy; this is not a company-wide zero-data claim.
